Youth Fitness Class
Class will provide youth, grades 4-12, various ways to increase their physical
activity level. This will be promoted through the use of exercise equipment
and/or other activities to get them moving. Class will have tools available to
improve strength and flexibility, such as free weights or resistance bands and
exercise mats.
- Meets: 8-week session runs Tues. & Thurs.

Healthy Living
Healthy Living is an interactive workshop held once per week for 6 weeks. The
goal of the program is to teach self management of chronic disease and topics
covered include: disease related problem solving, communication skills, managing
emotions, exercise, developing patient/physician partnership, use of community
resources, nutrition, medications, advance directives and cognitive symptom
management with chronic illness.

to be cancelled due poor weather conditions, the decision will be made
by 3:00 p.m., for evening classes, and will be broadcast over WHOU 100.1.
